"Connected by Giving" Remembrance Quilt

• Teachers and principals can request an education specialist to visit your K-12 grade classes. All presentations contain age-appropriate information and encourage family discussions. Life-like models of organs as well as actual tissue grafts are available for learning purposes, upon request.
  
• College presentations are specifically tailored to the class subject and educational level of the group. Often times, a transplant recipient, donor family member or organ procurement coordinator may be part of the presentation.
  
• Churches and other faith-based communities provide an ideal audience for our speakers. Since every major religion supports organ and tissue donation, why not invite a Life Connection speaker to enhance your worship service.
  
• Civic organizations often need guest speakers for their group meetings. Invite a Life Connection speaker to a future meeting to educate your group about giving the gift of life.
  
• Clinical updates will be provided to health care professionals throughout our 50- hospital service area. Organ Procurement Coordinators want to inform hospital staff of current events in the field of organ and tissue donation and transplantation.
